The volunteer services aim to support the operational needs of CICS by utilizing the valuable skills and knowledge of the volunteers who want to make a difference in the community.

The operational needs basically originate from the programs and services that the clients and community partners access and use. It could be providing interpretation and translation for a client using government service, or assisting in organization of information fair, and many more.
