SEPT Program – Community Service Worker
|
Tasks and Responsibilities:
· Assists settlement workers in program delivery (NOW and WIN programs)
· Assist settlement workers in library online and in person sessions
· preparation for NOW & WIN events - admin and supplies
· Compile data, input data and tabulate result of surveys
· Creating/designing promotional flyers/posters on Canva
· Outreach to the community to promote the NOW and WIN program
· Outreach to the community to promote library services
· Other relevant tasks that support program operation assigned by supervisor
Required Qualifications: Post-Secondary
Language required for the position: English
Terms and Conditions:
- Salary: $17.20 per hour
- Hours of work: 35 hours per week
- No. of weeks: 7
- Anticipated Start Date /End Date: July 07 to August 22, 2025

- Be between 15 and 30 years of age at the start of the employment;
- Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and;
