1. Why is CICS moving?
We are bringing our Sheppard LINC Centre and Finch Office together into one modern, fully accessible space to improve service integration, accessibility, and collaboration for our clients, partners, and staff.
2. Which offices are closing?
- Sheppard LINC Centre (4002 Sheppard Ave. East) – Closed June 30, 2025 after more than 25 years of service to our LINC students.
- Finch Office (3850 Finch Ave. East) – Closed August 30, 2025 after more than 30 years providing integrated settlement services.
3. When will the new office open?
Our new location will open to the public on September 15, 2025.

5. What services will be offered at the new location?
All core CICS services from the Sheppard and Finch offices will continue, including:
- Language training (full-time, part-time, evening, and Saturday classes) and Childminding services for LINC students
- Newcomer Settlement Information and Orientation Services
- Referrals to community resources
- Newcomer Mental Health Programs
- Tenant Support Services
- Support services from Partner Agencies
6. Will there be any changes to programs?
No major changes. All existing programs will continue, but now with the benefits of improved facilities, upgraded technology, and a more collaborative environment.
7. Is the new location accessible?
Yes. The Kennedy Newcomer Service Centre is fully accessible and designed to better meet the needs of all clients.
Take Bus 43 Kennedy and get off at Village Green Square stop. The building is a short walk north.
8. Is parking available?
Yes. Paid parking is available, however free for CICS service users in the designated visitor parking areas. Please check in at our reception upon arrival for a parking pass.

不会有重大变化。所有现有项目将继续开展，但会受益于改进的设施、升级的技术以及更具协作性的环境。
7. 新地点是否无障碍？
是的。Kennedy 新移民服务中心完全无障碍，设计旨在更好地满足所有客户的需求。
乘坐 43 路 Kennedy 公交车，在 Village Green Square 站下车，大楼就在往北的短程步行路程内。
8. 是否有停车位？
有。提供付费停车位，但华咨处服务使用者可在指定访客停车区免费停车。请到达后在华咨处703或705接待处登记领取停车证。
